edunile
WhatsApp fee reminders & report cards for Nigerian schools
edunile is school management software in Nigeria: WhatsApp school fee collection, PDF report card generator, students, attendance. 30-day pilot, 15-minute setup.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
In most Nigerian private schools I've looked at, fee collection still runs on bank alerts, WhatsApp screenshots and a bursar's notebook, and report cards eat up the last week of every term. Edunile is our attempt to fix those two jobs first, without asking schools to change how they already work.
What's live today:
• Fee tracking with parent balance reminders sent on WhatsApp, where parents already are
• Results entry that generates PDF report cards
• Student records, attendance, and a simple school website
Setup takes about 15 minutes. For the next 10 schools, setup and use are free through second-term fee collection (January 2027).
We're early and want blunt feedback, especially from school owners, bursars and teachers. What's missing? What would stop you switching from your current setup? I'll be in the comments all day.
