I'm Zack, the creator of Eden.
Some time ago, I felt stuck between two states.
Either I was trying to optimize everything.
Or I was doing nothing and feeling guilty about it.
There never seemed to be much room in between. I guess I was simply tired.
Tired of measuring my worth by how productive I had been.
(I’m still working on that, by the way.)
At some point, I started focusing on much smaller things.
Going for a walk. Reading a few pages. Taking care of a plant.
Doing one thing that made life feel a little lighter.
Ironically, that helped me more than all the productivity systems I had tried before.
Not because I became more disciplined. But because I felt better.
Eden came from that idea.
It's a habit tracker, but not one built around performance, streaks, or doing more.
It's simply a place for small habits that help you take care of yourself, one day at a time.
