What inspired you to build this?
In early 2026, two things happened that most e-commerce owners didn't notice: OpenAI started showing shopping results inside ChatGPT, and they launched OpenAI Ads — a marketplace where brands can advertise directly in AI conversations. Suddenly, e-commerce traffic fractured into three channels instead of one.
We walked into existing SEO tools and realized none of them covered this new reality. Every tool was built for the Google era. Nobody was ready for the AI era.
What problem were you trying to solve?
E-commerce owners now need to be visible in three places — Google, ChatGPT answers, and OpenAI Ads. But:
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) optimize for Google, ignore AI search entirely
- GEO tools optimize for ChatGPT but skip Google and ads
- OpenAI Ads has no tools at all — you're on your own
So store owners either juggle multiple tools or simply miss entire traffic channels. We wanted one dashboard that does all three.
How did your approach evolve?
We started as just a GEO scoring tool. But while building, we realized:
1. Users kept asking "what about Google?" — so we added traditional SEO checks
2. OpenAI Ads launched mid-development — we pivoted hard to add the ads readiness score and wizard
3. Scores alone weren't helpful — users wanted what to fix, not just a number — so we built the multi-agent pipeline (Fetch → Analyze → Validate → Improve)
What shipped today is much bigger than what we started. And honestly, the OpenAI Ads piece is the most exciting — it's a completely new traffic channel with almost no competition yet.
