We built this because most high-stakes decisions in business still ignore the one variable that consistently determines success or failure: human emotion.
Leaders have data on financial risk, operational risk, and strategic risk, but almost nothing that helps them understand how people will actually respond. That gap leads to failed transformations, poor adoption, and decisions that look right on paper but break in reality.
Our goal was to make emotional risk measurable.
During the process, we moved from a broad AI consultancy approach into something far more focused. We realised the real value wasn’t just analysing behaviour after the fact, but predicting it before decisions are made. That shift led to the development of a system that can assess trust, resistance, and credibility in advance, giving leaders a way to act with foresight rather than hindsight.
This is just the starting point. The ambition is to fundamentally change how decisions are made by putting human response on equal footing with every other metric that matters.
