EasyRake
Accounting for ClubGG poker clubs, right in Telegram
EasyRake keeps the books of a ClubGG poker club: player debts and chips, rakeback, agent settlements and the cash desk. Send the ClubGG report and get a report for the owner after every game day. Runs as a Telegram app, no spreadsheets.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm Konstantin, I built EasyRake.
Private poker clubs on ClubGG run real money: credit for players, rakeback deals, agents, crypto payments. Most owners still track it in spreadsheets, and small mistakes add up fast: rakeback paid twice, a forgotten debt, an agent disputing his number.
EasyRake takes the club's ClubGG report and does the math: who owes what, who is owed rakeback, what each agent earned, and whether the cash matches. It runs inside Telegram, so the owner and managers use it from their phones.
It already runs in live clubs. There's a demo bot if you want to click around: @Demo_easyrake_bot. Happy to answer any questions!
