I built this after watching too many restaurants and bars manage their entrance queue with a paper list and a stressed-out staff member at the door. Customers crowding the entrance, no one knowing the real wait time, and a piece of paper that gets lost on a busy night.
EasyQ fixes this in 3 steps:
1. Print a QR code and place it at your entrance
2. Customers scan it to join the queue — no app download, just their phone camera
3. EasyQ sends them an automatic WhatsApp message when their turn is approaching
Two decisions shaped the product:
