A quick and easy way to translate anything on your computer screen while allowing you to compare translations across multiple LLMs and sources.

I discovered Easydict because the DeepL app is now useless on MacOS 15 (Sequoia) and bow does Easydict blow DeepL away. You can quickly translate anything you highlight across any app, or use a shortcut for a quick translation of a screenshot. The fact that I can choose Google Translate, DeepL, and any LLM of my choice to the translation display simultaneously is amazing. It helps paint the best picture for translating difficult languages like Japanese and Chinese. Honestly - probably my favorite translation app on the Mac right now.

as someone who needs to translate texts into lots of languages on a daily basis, this looks like a life saver! gonna give it a go!

I can see this being super useful for my daily tasks. Excited to see how it works!

This could really help with my studies and make understanding new languages easier.

I am using other translation tools, but they never offered such a clean way to compare results from multiple services at once. This really feels like an upgrade!

Finally, a simple way to translate stuff on my Mac. No more switching between apps or tabs – this is the real deal! 🤯

ah cool, having it in the system tray is smart.. good way to get easy access to it! Congrats!

Congrats on the launch, Easydict team! This app seems like a game-changer for anyone needing quick translations across different apps. How does the integration with multiple translation services work—can you customize which ones appear?
