Journey started with a frustration that my founding team and I couldn't shake: the most memorable hotel stays of my life (the ones that actually changed me) were never the chain hotels. You'd find them once in Europe or some small costal town, fall in love, and then... nothing. No points or status earn...no reason to come back beyond memory.
