Most AI tools help you apply faster. EarlyWise helps you decide smarter—before the interview. What's different: • Decision-first, not volume-first: evaluate if a role is worth your time • Risk analysis, not just matching: spot unclear expectations and red flags in the JD • Prep from first screening: tailored questions + company insights, not after the offer • Bilingual: English & Chinese Bottom line: Not another "apply faster" tool. The research assistant you wish you had.

Hi PH! 👋 I built EarlyWise because I was tired of jumping between 10 tabs before every interview—researching companies, looking for red flags, preparing questions. Felt like I was doing the same work over and over. So I made a tool that puts it all in one place. Feed it a JD, get risk insights and tailored questions. That's it. I came from a Salesforce Admin background. This is my first full-stack AI product. It's v1—not perfect, but it's real. Would love your feedback. What would make this useful for you? 🙌

Comment highlights

How do you pull the company insights and JD red flag analysis, is it scraping live job postings or working from a static dataset?

how does the risk analysis actually work in practice, like does it flag vague JDs automatically or do you have to upload and wait for a report?

The risk analysis on job descriptions caught me off guard, it flagged vague seniority expectations on a listing I was excited about and probably saved me from a frustrating loop. Really like the bilingual angle too since my searches bounce between English and Chinese postings.

The risk flags on the JD caught me off guard in a good way, it actually called out vague "fast-paced environment" phrasing I'd have glossed over. Wish I had this when I was grinding through applications last month.

Who hunted EarlyWise?

EarlyWise was hunted by Shirley Liang. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
