Hunted byDynoTableDynoTable

A fast, local-first DynamoDB GUI for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Browse and edit tables visually, and run real SQL with JOINs, GROUP BY, and aggregates: queries PartiQL and the AWS Console can't express, compiled client-side into DynamoDB's own Query and Scan, planned against your keys and GSIs. Plus an AI agent on your own Bedrock keys, a lossless JSON editor, streaming CSV/JSON export, and an MCP server for coding agents. Everything talks straight to AWS. Your data never touches our servers.

Hey Product Hunt, I built DynoTable because every DynamoDB GUI lets you browse and filter, yet the moment you need a JOIN, a GROUP BY, or a quick COUNT/SUM you're stuck: PartiQL doesn't support them and neither does the AWS Console. I kept exporting tables just to run one-off queries somewhere else, which felt absurd. The first version was a thin query UI. The hard part, and where the approach evolved, was compiling real SQL down to DynamoDB's own Query and Scan operations on the client, planned against your table's keys and GSIs. JOINs and aggregates work within DynamoDB's access-pattern rules instead of hiding a full-table scan you didn't ask for. A few decisions that matter to me: everything talks straight to AWS from your machine, so your data never touches our servers. The AI agent runs on your own Bedrock keys, and its writes land in staging for your review. Licences verify offline, so a flaky connection never locks you out. There's also an MCP server, so your coding agents can query your tables too. Pricing-wise: the 30-day trial needs no credit card, and when it ends you drop to a Free plan that stays read-only forever rather than locking you out. You can browse, run PartiQL, export, and serve schema and item reads to your coding agents on it indefinitely. If you want a taste without installing anything, the free tools (pricing and item-size calculators, expression builder) live at dynotable.com/tools. Ask me anything about how the SQL to DynamoDB planning works. Honest feedback on what's missing is exactly what I'm here for.
