Dyno Lab
An advanced engine simulator and power optimization tool.
Stop gambling thousands on parts that don't deliver. Dyno Lab simulates real engines, with hundreds of real parts. Pick your engine, set your power goals, and find the best parts combination for your build.
As a passionate car enthusiast, I've grown tired of the lack of modern products in the automotive space. Searches frequently bring up products more than 20 years old, that are far from user friendly. Dyno Lab not only accurately simulates an engine's horsepower and torque, but will give you the parts recipe to get there. This is the piece that has always been missing.
Picked a 2JZ build and tried swapping intake manifolds, the difference shown in the torque curve actually matched what i've seen on my friend's real setup. Nice that it pulls from actual part specs instead of made-up numbers.
Would love to see a budget tracker built in so you can set a spending limit and it shows you the best combos within that range. Right now I have to manually price out each combo which defeats the purpose a bit.
The engine simulation with hundreds of real parts is a really thoughtful approach, way more useful than scrolling through forum posts to guess what works together.
