Hey Product Hunt — I'm Somanos, founder of Drumee.
I started Drumee because it bothered me that teams could create years of work inside cloud tools without controlling the infrastructure that holds the files, conversations and decisions.
Drumee takes a folder-native approach. A project folder can hold its files, chat, tasks and permissions together, so context doesn't disappear across four separate tools.
You can try the workflow in Drumee Cloud. If infrastructure control is the requirement, Drumee can also run on a Linux server through our documented Docker Compose or Debian bare metal deployment.
Today, I'd especially value feedback from agencies, privacy-conscious teams and self-hosters: Is keeping chat and tasks next to the file useful in your real workflow? What proof would you need before self-hosting collaboration software? Which part of your current Google Drive + Slack + Notion stack would you move first?
