Dream Home is a lifestyle-first home discovery platform launching in Colorado. Instead of starting with only ZIP codes, beds, baths, and traditional filters, you describe the kind of home and life you want. Dream Home builds a personalized profile around priorities like privacy, scenery, location, acreage, design, and lifestyle, then helps narrow real listings to homes that fit you.
I’ve always been obsessed with looking at homes, but I kept noticing the same problem: traditional real estate sites are great at filtering facts like price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and ZIP codes, but they don’t really understand the kind of life someone wants.
Someone might want a quiet mountain home with privacy, huge windows, trees, and access to a small town, but turning that into dozens of filters and manually searching thousands of listings gets frustrating fast.
That’s why I started building Dream Home.
The idea is simple: describe the home and lifestyle you want, build a personalized Dream Profile, and let Dream Home narrow real listings around what actually matters to you.
We’re starting in Colorado and still very early, so I’m launching this mainly to get real feedback. I’d especially love to hear where the matching feels useful, where it feels wrong, and what you wish the product understood better.
