I built Draftly as startup #1 of my "12 startups in 12 months" challenge (inspired by Pieter Levels). The goal: ship fast, get real feedback, and move on if there's no fit.
The problem: I kept landing more interviews from friendly, direct emails to companies than from LinkedIn applications. The bottleneck wasn't the idea — it was the mental load of writing every message from scratch.
