Doxify converts bank statement PDFs into Tally XML, helping accountants and businesses reduce manual data entry. Upload a statement, convert transactions, and import the generated XML directly into Tally.
Hi everyone! 👋
We built Doxify after seeing how much time accountants and CAs in India spend manually entering bank statement transactions into Tally.
Bank statement → Tally XML sounds like a simple problem, but India's banking landscape makes it surprisingly difficult. There are hundreds of banks, regional banks and cooperative banks, and many existing converters rely on separate parsers for individual banks.
Our approach with Doxify is different: we use AI to understand bank statement PDFs and convert their transactions into Tally-importable XML, instead of building a separate parser for every bank.
Doxify is built for:
• CAs and accountants
• Businesses maintaining their accounts in Tally
• Anyone spending hours manually entering bank transactions
Our goal is simple: make bank statement → Tally XML conversion work for as many Indian banks as possible.
We're still early, so we're here to learn. If you're an accountant, CA, or Tally user, we'd genuinely love to know: what is the biggest pain point you face when importing bank transactions into Tally?
Would love to hear your feedback and suggestions. 🙌

Doxify was hunted by Mohammad Abbas. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
