The new integration of Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook 365 is amazing! It allows us to better save time and efforts on recap all meeting notes and insights. However, I'm just wondering how can Dovetail ensure the accuracy of AI analysis, it will also take time if we have to double check it!

Is this a pivot? Customer feedback is a reasonable use case but what happened to all the tooling for helping UX + research teams? Seems like a pretty big departure from the tool that our research teams used to love 😕
This has been one of the most memorable launches of my career. I am so lucky to work with such a talented group of people in SF and Sydney who truly embody what it means to be customer first. Congrats to everyone involved!
