While taking care of my dad and going through his medicine cabinet I found few expired medicines. It hit me what if he took those medicines by mistake. And keeping a track of adding reminder of each medicine is a very tedious job. So I sat down to search for apps that would let me track expiration date reminders but all apps wanted me add things manually.
Then it came to my mine why not have a scan feature let scans and tries to identify the name and expiry date from the image. And thats how Dose Vault was born.
