I built Dorma after years of struggling with jet lag as a frequent traveler and realizing that most advice out there is one-size-fits-all. The science shows that morning people and evening people need completely different strategies, and that eastward vs westward travel requires opposite approaches - but no app was actually personalising for these crucial factors in an intuitive and easy to understand manner. I decided to build a very simple app that tells what to do at the right time thereby landing with reduced jet lag symptoms and leaving more time for vacation or business goals.
