DomainIQ
AI valuations & renewal tracking for domain investors
DomainIQ is an AI-powered domain portfolio manager for investors and builders. Track renewals, get instant valuations, manage offers and sales, and make smarter decisions about your domains.
I hold a bunch of domains and my process for managing them was genuinely bad - a spreadsheet for renewals, manual appraisal lookups whenever someone asked what a name was worth, offers I'd lose track of in email threads.
So I built DomainIQ to fix my own workflow: AI-powered valuations, renewal tracking with alerts before you lose a name, and offer/sale management in one place instead of scattered across tools.
Built solo — Vite/React on the frontend, Supabase for the backend. The part I spent the most time getting right was the valuation model, since that's the piece domain investors will (rightly) trust the least until it proves itself.
Would genuinely love feedback from anyone here who holds domains — especially if the valuations feel off on names you actually know the value of. That's the fastest way to make this better.
