Over the past two years, our team has focused on tackling use cases where conversion rates have historically remained in the low single digits — often because it's simply not feasible for humans to follow up with hundreds of thousands of customers manually.
We’ve been deploying voice, text, and hybrid AI agents to run multiple experiments in parallel — testing whether intelligent agents, automation, and workflows can significantly improve outcomes.

This sounds like an incredibly powerful tool! The ability for the AI agent to follow up in real time on WhatsApp, check if documents meet criteria, and even explain why a re-upload is necessary, is a game-changer. How the AI handles edge cases where customers might not understand the specific document requirements or where documents might be unclear?
Currently sitting at the tata motors service centre, it's been atleast 4 times since I have shared the docs and files for insurance claim and havnt gotten the customer support I need.
I feel this product has some crazy potential for these issues.
