I'm excited to share Doculigent, a project I've been building to solve a problem I face every week—too many meetings and async recordings, but not enough time to watch them all.
Most AI meeting tools require uploading your recordings to the cloud. I wanted something different: privacy first.
With Doculigent, you can run transcription and AI locally using Whisper.cpp and Ollama, or connect your own AI provider if you prefer.
One feature I'm especially excited about is AI Project Managers. Instead of simply summarizing meetings, they watch your team's recordings and answer questions like:
What did each team member complete?
Are there any blockers?
What are the next action items?
What deadlines were decided?
The goal is simple: stop spending hours catching up on recordings and start getting answers instantly.
