Hi, I love the idea! It would be nice to have a set of apps which will be automatically in every dock, like Mail or the browser.
I think I found some possible bugs though:
The screen blinks black when switching the dock for a moment, I'm on M1 Pro. Is that normal?
The app does not show apps installed only for my user in ~/Applications. I tried to create a symlink in /Applications dir but no luck.
When I'm editing a dock and I press modifier key with something, it changes the Shortcut Activation key though I was not in the input context (not sure that's intentional), but then I'm unable to set the previously saved hotkey because it only triggers the dock switch.
I'm unable to unset the shortcut, when i delete the input value and save it still has the original value.

THIS is what I didn't know I needed! I constantly switch between coding, design, and admin work - having different dock setups for each context would be incredible. The hotkey switching is clever.
