Stop chasing clients for documents. Create a request, share one link, and your client uploads their files against a checklist — no login, no app, no friction. DocChase then reminds them automatically by email + SMS until everything's in, and stops when it's complete. One dashboard shows who's sent what and who's overdue, across every client. Built for solo accountants and small firms. Set up in minutes.
Hey PH 👋
I built DocChase because I kept watching accountant friends lose entire evenings to the same thing: chasing clients for documents. One missing bank statement holds up everything, and the "fix" is a pile of reminder emails and files scattered across inboxes.
So I made the boring part automatic. You send one link, your client uploads their files (no login that part had to be dead simple), and DocChase nudges them by email + SMS until it's all in. You just watch the dashboard go green.
It does three things on purpose requests, reminders, a status view and nothing else yet. I'd rather do that cleanly than cram in OCR and integrations no one asked for.
Would love your honest feedback, especially if you're an accountant or bookkeeper. What's missing? I'm around all day. 🙏
