Hunted byrabblerabble

Divine is a 6-second looping video app for human creativity in an AI-slop era. Watch 500,000 restored Vine classics, follow OG Viners like Lele Pons, JimmyHere, MightyDuck, and Jack & Jack, and make new loops on an open Nostr-based network where creators own their content. As Jack Dorsey put it: “finally correcting every mistake.”

Top comment

I started Divine because I missed the part of the internet that felt unmistakably human: weird jokes, tiny creative constraints, friends making each other laugh, and people building culture without having to game an ad algorithm. Vine captured that better than almost anything, but it disappeared into a closed platform. Divine brings the 6-second loop back with a different foundation: restored classics, new posts from OG creators, no AI slop, open source code, and Nostr underneath so creators can own their identity, content, and followers. We’re launching invite-only so the network can grow through real people and real communities first. Would love to hear what you want the next era of short-form video to feel like.

Who hunted Divine?

Divine was hunted by rabble. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
