I'm Martin, a solo founder from the UK. I built discme alongside a full time job, early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
The frustration that started it: I've used DISC professionally for years and always thought the framework was genuinely powerful, but every tool built on it feels like it was made for a corporate training day. Dry, generic, forgettable.
I wanted something personal. Something you'd actually share with the people in your life.
The bit I'm most proud of is Ask discme, most AI chatbots give everyone the same answer. Ask discme doesn't. A D type gets a completely different response to the same question than an S type would. It genuinely feels like it knows you.
