I’ve been tracking my habits, workouts, goals, and commitments for years.
Long before D/R was an app, it was a piece of paper I carried with me. At the start of every month, I’d print a new sheet, mark off the commitments I completed, and keep refining the system. New columns, different scoring, better ways to see progress.
That simple system followed me through work, travel, family life, endurance training, and everything in between. Over time, I realized the paper wasn’t really about tracking habits. It was about accountability. It gave me a way to answer one simple question:
Did I do what I said I was going to do today?
That idea became Discipline Rewards. D/R is the digital version of the system I’d been building for myself for years. A place to track commitments, habits, goals, and accountability, and to see the truth about your follow-through over time.
I built it because I wanted something I would actually use every day.
Now I’m sharing it with everyone else.
