I built it after losing an afternoon digging through years of email for a handful of invoices. Gmail stores messages, not files: every attachment you have ever received is buried in a thread somewhere.
Dioveo connects with your Google account (CASA Tier 2 verified, EU hosted), indexes your whole mailbox history, and shows every attachment in one searchable view: filter by sender, date, file type, or keyword. From there you can download hundreds of files as one zip organized by sender and year, let the Library sort invoices, receipts, CVs and photos into folders, sync those folders to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, and set workflows that file new attachments the moment they arrive. There is also an AI workflow that turns the invoices in your inbox into a Google Sheet, one row per invoice.
