Stacked toasts get noisy. Ding keeps one toast on screen and morphs it when something changes, so "Saving…" becomes "Saved" in place. Spring-physics motion, React, Svelte 5 and plain JS, no dependencies, MIT.
Hi, I'm Yusuf. I built Ding because stacked toasts always felt noisy to me. Here one toast stays on screen and a new call morphs it, so "Saving…" becomes "Saved" in place. Motion comes from a small spring solver, about 27 lines.
The tradeoff is you lose history, so it won't fit every app. I'd like to hear where it falls short.

Ding was hunted by Yusuf Cengiz. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
