Love it. Sometimes my ideas seem sparse and I add them at various points of the day/week, it would be good if the app automatically forms those relationships.
I can see how our tool could sync nicely with what www.thedim.app is doing, and I’m excited to check it out myself to explore how the launch might enhance our workflow.
What is the long-term vision for Dim Notes, and what is one unique problem or use case you believe Dim Notes solves better than major players like Apple Notes, Google Keep, or Notion?
Finally I can find a tool that I use while my ideas spark! Does Dim Notes understand vertical knowledge too?
Congrats on the launch. Questions/Suggestions 1. Does it support text formatting? 2. Just implement AI search. As time goes on and the number of notes increases, searching becomes increasingly difficult. Semantic search doesn't help much.
👋Hey PH! I’m Shengkun, co-founder of Dim.
Dim is a minimalist note app that auto-tags your notes.
The idea is simple: just write.
Any thoughts, ideas, what you see, what you feel, what you learn. The app organizes everything quietly in the background.
That’s it. In a world full of heavy AI tools, we just want a small note app that does one thing well.
We believe every thought is a signal. When you collect them over time, the bigger picture shows up. The dots connect on their own.
We’ll be here all day to chat and answer questions.
Give Dim a try.
