DiffFind goes beyond traditional diff tools by combining precise text comparison with AI-powered semantic analysis. It shows not only what changed, but how the meaning changed. Semantic Find also searches by meaning instead of exact keywords, helping users find concepts even when different wording is used. DiffFind supports text, PDFs, and a REST API for developer and AI-agent workflows.

Top comment

I built DiffFind because I kept running into the limitations of traditional diff and search tools. They’re great at finding exact text changes or matching keywords, but they don’t understand meaning. I wanted to answer more useful questions: Did the meaning of this document actually change? Where is this concept discussed even if different words are used? That led me to combine deterministic comparison with semantic analysis and build Semantic Find. The goal was simple: keep the precision of traditional tools while adding an understanding of what the content actually means.
