Diane
Turn any course into flashcards you'll actually remember
Diane turns any course (PDF, photo of notes, link, audio, video) into flashcards, a study sheet, a quiz and a podcast. Spaced repetition then plans daily reviews around your exam date. For high school, med, law and nursing students. iOS, Android & web.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm Amandine, one of the makers behind Diane.
We built Diane because of a frustration every student knows: you spend hours revising, and a week later most of it is gone. Reviewing at the right moment works far better than rereading, but making flashcards and planning reviews by hand takes so long that most people give up.
Here's how Diane works:
1. Import any course: a PDF, a photo of your notes, a link, an audio or video recording.
2. Diane generates flashcards, a study sheet, a quiz and a podcast you can listen to on the go.
3. Spaced repetition shows each card just before you'd forget it, with daily reviews planned around your exam date, plus a timed exam mode for the final stretch.
It runs on iPhone, Android and the web, all synced. The free plan has no time limit, and your data is hosted in Europe and exportable anytime.
Launch offer: 45% off your first year of Premium with code PH45, on the web at app.diane.app, until November 27.
More than 110,000 students already study with Diane, from high schoolers to med, law and nursing students. We'd love your honest feedback.
And a question for you: what's something you studied hard for and forgot a week later?
