Hey Product Hunt I'm part of the team behind dialnote and I want to share why we built it. Most of us at dialnote come from SmartReach.io, where we've spent years building a sales engagement platform for 5,000+ small businesses and agencies. That work meant we were close to a lot of SMB sales and support teams and we kept hearing the same frustration: their business phone systems were broken in one of two ways. Either they were on legacy enterprise tools (RingCentral, Dialpad, 8x8) paying $40–80 per seat per month for features they didn't need, with surprise per-minute charges, complicated IT setup, and pricing that punished growth. Or they were on basic VoIP tools (Grasshopper, OpenPhone) that didn't have real call routing, no AI, no proper analytics they got the cheap part right but everything else was a downgrade. No one was building a phone system that gave SMBs the good parts of both: unlimited calling, AI-native workflows, and a price that actually makes sense for a 10-person team. So we built dialnote. What's in it: 📞 Unlimited inbound and outbound calling, no per-minute fees, no surprise overage charges 🤖 AI voice agent that answers calls 24/7, qualifies leads, books appointments, takes messages 📝 Automatic AI call notes, every call transcribed, summarized, and logged with action items 🔀 Visual call flow builder, drag-and-drop IVR, business hours, ring teams, no IT required 💬 SMS, voicemail-to-text, shared team inbox 🔗 Native CRM integrations, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, more Built for sales teams, support desks, and service businesses (HVAC, real estate, legal, clinics, agencies) who live on the phone. Would genuinely love your feedback, what's broken about your current phone system? What would you want to see in dialnote? We're shipping fast and the next 4–6 weeks of roadmap will be shaped by what we hear here. Thanks for checking us out 🙌
