I'm part of the team behind dialnote and I want to share why we built it.
Most of us at dialnote come from SmartReach.io, where we've spent years building a sales engagement platform for 5,000+ small businesses and agencies.
That work meant we were close to a lot of SMB sales and support teams and we kept hearing the same frustration: their business phone systems were broken in one of two ways.
Either they were on legacy enterprise tools (RingCentral, Dialpad, 8x8) paying $40–80 per seat per month for features they didn't need, with surprise per-minute charges, complicated IT setup, and pricing that punished growth.
