Hi Product Hunt 🙏 I'm Nirupam. My co-founder Jay and I started Dharmasthan in September 2026.

I've been part of a Ganesh mandal my whole life. Every year it's the same scene: forty people, five different aarti books, everyone on a different verse, someone reading lyrics off a blurry WhatsApp forward. Mandals do a huge amount of work, yet almost none have a website. Their events, donation details and history live in forwarded images that disappear in a week. And nothing keeps devotees in sync, whether they're in the same pandal or calling in from another city.

So we built Dharmasthan, and it's free forever: • 196 aartis & bhajans across 22 deities in 5 languages, with lyrics and meanings • Deity and festival pages, plus playlists in the right puja order • Host Room: start an aarti and everyone joins by link or QR, then sings along in sync • Free mandal websites at yourmandal.dharmasthan.in with logo, location, a donation QR, social links and events

We're launching in Diwali week with our first mandals live. I'd love your honest feedback: what's missing, what's confusing, and which aarti we should add next.

Hey everyone! 👋🏻 I'm Jay, co-founder of Dharmasthan.

One thing we really wanted while building Dharmasthan was to use technology to bring people closer to our traditions, rather than make things more complicated. We wanted anyone to access devotional content, participate in aarti together, and give their local mandal a digital presence, without worrying about the cost.

It's exciting to finally launch what we've been working on. Would genuinely love to hear your thoughts and feedback! ❤️

Who hunted Dharmasthan?

Dharmasthan was hunted by Nirupam Gupta. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
