I built Dexo around a simple idea: Take a photo. Choose your goal. Dexo works out the rest. It estimates body fat, sets your calories, protein and strength goals, then builds workouts around your equipment and weak points. Progressive overload is automated too. I built Dexo around a pretty simple idea:
Take a photo. Choose your goal. Dexo works out the rest.

It estimates your body fat, works out your calorie and protein targets, builds your workout plan and gives you strength goals to aim for.
Tell it what equipment you have and it builds around that. Full gym, dumbbells, a bench, pull-up bar or nothing. It also adapts workouts to isolate your weakpoints to maximise muscle growth. It automates progressive overload. You literally have to do nothing.
Then you just use it.
Finish a set → log it and track your strength.
Eat something → take a photo and Dexo estimates the calories and protein.
Take another physique photo → track how your body fat and physique are changing.
Don’t like an exercise → swap it.
Your workouts, food, weight, body fat, strength and progress photos are all in one place.
You can also ignore the generated plan and build your own workouts if you prefer.
I built it because I wanted one fitness app where I could set where I wanted to get to and have the boring setup done for me.
It’s called Dexo. Just launched on iPhone and most of it is free.
