Over my past 15+ years working in automotive engineering as a technical project leader, I found out that I was spending 40% of my time organizing my work (structuring information, planning tasks, who needs to do what and when..), and 20% searching and aggregating information (finding info to answer others' requests, reporting progress ..) and 40% time thinking creatively about what I love in engineering (How to get a higher EV battery performance at lower cost, how to reduce charging time, what does this e-Motor supplier offer as innovation ..). So I created deximind.dev, a SaaS tool whith which I can mimic the natural loop of "thinking-organizing-archiving" where AI does the organizing and archiving while I do the thinking I love :) I ended-up having a tool that I use everyday, I type my prompt or talk to it (while waiting in the car) to brainstrom, discuss scenarios and alternatives, then I selectively pin only the relevent discussions + my instructions + archived context to feed it to the AI, and hit "Analyze" button. The tool then automatically organizes the messy discussions, scenarios, alternatives and keeps the final conclusions and decisions and organizes them in a tree structure visible on my left panel. By repeating this loop, I am having a permanent up-to date knowledge base I can reuse, curate and update instantly. The knowledge compounds over time, I can find and reuse information instantly, and focus on the portion of the work that I love.
