Hey! I've been running a design studio for 4+ years, mostly serving nonprofits. Early on, I made the mistake of calculating my hourly rate by dividing project cost by hours worked. Looked great on paper. In practice, I was losing money on almost every project.
So I built 'Know Your Floor' to figure out what I actually need to charge. Then I built 'Scope Builder' because pricing confidently starts with scoping accurately.
