I built DearHiringManager because I kept seeing the same frustration from job seekers: sending hundreds of applications and never knowing whether the actual hiring manager ever saw them.
Most candidates apply through job boards and ATS systems, but many never try reaching the person who actually owns the role.
The idea is simple: paste a job posting URL and get the likely decision-maker's name, work email, and LinkedIn profile in about a minute.
The goal isn't to spam people. It's to help candidates send one thoughtful, relevant message to the person responsible for the opening.

Cool concept. The thing I'd love to know is not how many contacts are found, but how many conversations actually start because of it. That's the metric that would really convince me.
