This one grades a deal A to F after vacancy, maintenance, capital expenditure, management, real taxes and insurance, then tells you the most you could pay before the deal stops working, with the binding constraint named. It is free, no account, and nothing you type is stored. Every weight and formula is public on the methodology page, so if you think our defaults are wrong you can see exactly where and tell us so.
