Love having a no-signup spot for quick calcs, that's a rare treat. One thing that would make it stickier for me is saving my inputs and recent results locally so I don't have to re-enter my weight and goal every single time I switch between the BMI and macro tools.
The 1RM and macro calculators look super handy, especially with no sign-up friction. One thing that would take this to the next level is letting users save their inputs locally or generate a shareable link so they can revisit their results later or send them to a coach. That way the instant results don't disappear the moment they close the tab.
