Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Bohdan, the solo founder and developer behind DaliWay.
As someone who loves exploring off-the-beaten-path locations—like hidden lakes and abandoned ruins—I was deeply frustrated. My travel memories were scattered across disappearing social media stories and cluttered map pins. There wasn’t a single, dedicated place to log my personal geographic footprint and share it seamlessly with friends.
That’s why I built DaliWay: your interactive, digital travel book. 🗺️
Here is what makes it different from existing tools:

🛠 Behind the scenes: I architected and built this entirely solo. To handle complex location data and social features efficiently, I built a custom spatial engine using .NET and PostgreSQL/PostGIS, paired with a React Native frontend.
