Hands-on cybersecurity training built for people who want to actually do the work. Break things, investigate systems, collect evidence, work through real security scenarios, and prove you know what you’re doing—not just that you watched a video.
We built DaemonCore Academy because we were tired of seeing cybersecurity education reduced to watching videos, memorizing terminology, and clicking through lessons.
Security is something you learn by doing. You need to open the terminal, investigate what happened, make mistakes, collect evidence, break things in a safe environment, and figure out why they broke.
So we built the kind of platform we wanted to see: hands-on lessons, disposable training ranges, real workflows, operator workbenches, and actual validation that you understood what you were doing.
Then we made the Academy free.
There’s no “first few lessons free” catch and no paywall halfway through learning. We want someone who has the curiosity and willingness to put in the work to be able to learn cybersecurity regardless of what they can afford.
That’s what inspired DaemonCore Academy, and we’re nowhere near finished building it.
