The idea came from watching how broken the connections were across the fashion industry. Talented designers struggling to find manufacturers they could trust. Skilled manufacturers with no real platform to showcase what they do. Brands spending weeks trying to find the right creative partner for a campaign. Everyone in fashion knows the right relationships make or break a business — but there was nowhere designed specifically to build those relationships.
LinkedIn is too broad. Trade shows are expensive and once a year. Cold emails get ignored. The fashion industry — worth trillions — was somehow still running on personal contacts and luck.
