Cyclops
One eye. The whole page. Full-page screenshots, free
One-click full-page screenshots for Chrome. Cyclops scrolls, stitches, and hides sticky headers so they don't repeat, then saves PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF (long page or print-ready A4) into date-organized folders you choose - named by site and time, so files sort themselves. Annotate before saving; silent mode captures straight to file + clipboard, no tab opens. No account, no analytics, zero network requests: everything stays on your machine. Free forever.
Hey Product Hunt - solo maker here.
Every full-page screenshot extension I tried had the same three annoyances: a popup between me and the capture, a generic filename dumped into Downloads, and an upsell somewhere. Cyclops is the one I wanted instead.
One left click captures the entire page - it scrolls, stitches, and hides sticky headers so they don't repeat down the image. Files land in a folder you pick, under date subfolders, named by site and time, so they sort themselves. PNG, JPEG, WebP, or PDF (one long page, or print-ready A4). Annotate before saving. New in v2.2: silent mode - file + clipboard, no tab ever opens.
What it deliberately doesn't do: no account, no analytics, no network requests at all. It runs on activeTab, so it can't read pages you didn't invoke it on. The privacy policy is short because there's nothing to disclose.
It's part of a one-person workshop (Polytropos Lab) where everything ships free, forever - if that model interests you, ask me anything about it.
What I'd love from you: which export format or filename pattern do you wish screenshot tools had? That's what shapes v2.3.

Who hunted Cyclops?
Cyclops was hunted by Polytropos Lab. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
