I really like how you have all the basics and advanced features of traditional CX tool like workflows and chatbot, but also enabled AI features like connecting to your product information and insights. For me personally, the scrolling product visuals move a bit too fast even when hovered over. I also encountered a problem where there seems to be an input field that calls up my password manager and at a certain point the video player goes wild.
