I built CV Adapter after a brutal job hunt. I sent ~200 applications and got almost nothing back. Turns out most companies scan your CV with software first, looking for the exact keywords from the job post — and a generic CV gets filtered before a human ever reads it.
The fix is tailoring your CV to every single offer. Doing that by hand is exhausting (I gave up around application #5 every week), so I built a tool to do it.
