I’m Stéphane, maker of CUTFORGE.
I built it because I wanted a fast desktop editor where my footage stays on my machine — no upload to the cloud, no waiting on a browser tab. Just a multi-track timeline, stickers, titles, and FFmpeg export on Windows.
What’s live today:
- FREE — full editor, export with a small watermark
- PRO (coming soon) — watermark-free export + license for one PC
- Download at cutforge.app — installer from our GitHub releases
It’s still early (0.8.x beta), so I’m especially looking for honest feedback: what feels slow, what’s missing, what would make you switch from CapCut / DaVinci / etc. for quick cuts?
