Most SaaS products today are built for digital teams, but we’re building for the real world. Specifically, for the snooker and billiards clubs that are still running on paper logs, manual stopwatches, and guesswork. We aren’t just building a timer; we’re building a central operating system that gives club owners their time back and ensures no revenue slips through the cracks. While the web platform is live and ready, we are officially launching our Android and iOS apps in just a few weeks.

Hi Product Hunt!

I’m Usama Ahsan, the founder of CueDesk.

For a long time, I’ve been fascinated by "Real-World SaaS"—the idea that software should be for the physical businesses that form the backbone of our communities.

I noticed that many snooker and billiards clubs are still stuck in the 90s. Owners are juggling manual stopwatches, handwritten logs, and messy spreadsheets. This leads to "leaky revenue," billing errors, and a lot of unnecessary stress for staff.

I built CueDesk to change that.

Our goal was to create a modern "Operating System" for these clubs that is:
1- Lightning Fast: Built on Flutter and Next.js for a seamless experience.
2- Dead Simple: An interface that any staff member can master in minutes.
3- Revenue-First: Focus on precision billing and table monitoring so owners never miss a cent.

What’s next? We’ve been working around the clock, and I'm thrilled to share that our native Android and iOS apps are officially live! While the web platform manages your front desk, the mobile apps now give club owners total control over their table monitoring, live status, and revenue analytics directly from their pockets, anywhere in the world.

I’m here all day to answer questions, hear your feedback, or talk about the challenges of building software for physical spaces.

Special thanks to the PH community for always supporting indie hackers!

Who hunted CueDesk?

CueDesk was hunted by Usama Ahsan. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
