Looks like a huge win for indie devs and anyone experimenting with agents. Free access to frontier models without API keys or setup removes one of the biggest friction points in trying new tools. The “just open and build” experience is exactly what a lot of people want when validating ideas quickly. Curious to see how far the agent can go on complex repos, but as a zero-barrier starting point, this is a very generous and very smart launch.
How can you afford to provide it for free? Whats the catch? How will you survive?
@michael_ludden I love the way it can draw tasks and I am able to then decide if it should do what it wants to do or make changes to it. It's really nice, just it needs a bit of time until one gets used to the platform at first. I think you can improve that friction and then it could also become a coders best friend one day and surpass the alternatives available ;)
