The idea is simple: instead of 12 people in a conference room, why not simulate 1,000 diverse personalities and see what actually lands? A few things I learned building this: 1. Sarcasm detection was harder than expected. Our first sentiment classifier kept marking sarcastic outrage as "positive" because it saw words like "cool" and "great." Had to switch to LLM-based classification. 2. Speed matters. Sequential API calls were giving us 0.5 agents/sec. Switched to concurrent and got 8x faster. 3. Free trial drives conversion.
