Critical Mass Cloud
HR + Accounting + e-Sign for S$29/mo — not per employee
Singapore-native HR, Accounting, and e-Signatures in one app. Payroll with full CPF/SDL/IRAS compliance, double-entry accounting with GST 9% and InvoiceNow e-invoicing, plus DocuSign-style document signing — all behind one login. Flat pricing: S$29/mo for all three modules, not S$5/employee. A 30-employee company pays S$29, not S$214. Your headcount grows, your bill doesn't. 14-day free trial, no card required.
I run a small company in Singapore. I was paying separately for payroll (Talenox), accounting (Xero), and e-signatures (DocuSign). Three logins, three bills, three vendors — and the payroll bill went up every time I hired someone.
So I built Critical Mass Cloud. One app, three modules:
▎ HR & Payroll — the full Singapore statutory engine. CPF with age bands and PR graduated rates, SDL, Self-Help Group funds, Foreign Worker Levy, IRAS filings (IR8A + appendices), CPF e-submission files, DBS/OCBC/UOB GIRO disbursement. Not "Singapore compatible" — Singapore native.
▎ Accounting — double-entry with GST 9%, IRAS F5 returns, InvoiceNow/Peppol e-invoicing live on the network. Pre-built Singapore chart of accounts. Bank reconciliation.
▎ Sign — DocuSign-style e-signatures. Upload PDF, drag fields onto pages, send to signers. They sign from a link, no account needed. Sealed document + certificate of completion.
The pricing model: you pay for user seats, not employee count. S$29/mo gets you all three modules with 3 seats. A company with 30 employees and 2 admin users pays S$29. The same setup on Talenox + Xero + DocuSign would cost S$214/mo — and go up with every hire.

Took it for a spin over the weekend and the all-in-one setup genuinely surprised me. Payroll and InvoiceNow sitting in the same app saves a ton of tab-hopping, and the flat pricing model actually makes sense for a small team here in Singapore.
The CPF calculations for Singaporeans versus PRs versus foreigners always trip me up, so it'd be really helpful to have a built-in "what-if" calculator that lets me preview payroll costs before running them — maybe adjust headcount mix or salary changes and see the total bill impact. Would save me from a few panicked moments when onboarding new hires.
honestly the flat pricing model is a breath of fresh air, tired of getting nickel and dimed per employee. one thing that would seal the deal for me though is a proper mobile app for approvals, kind of like slack but for hr requests, so managers can sign off leave or overtime on the go without needing to log into the web dashboard. would make the whole workflow feel way smoother.
love that the price stays flat regardless of headcount, thats honestly refreshing for a local hr and accounting tool. one thing id want to see is a mobile app that can actually approve leave and run payroll on the go, since the desktop experience alone feels limiting for managers handling approvals after hours.
